In partnership with Virtual College, CSALS offer a free online course which provides knowledge of basic first aid skills so that, if you are involved in an emergency situation, you would know what to do to help save a life.

The course features just five short sections and takes less than an hour, on average, to complete.

Once you have successfully completed it, you can download and print off a certificate of achievement stating that you are now ‘Prepared to Save a Life’!
