CSALS will be represented at Celebrate Chesterfield 2022, which is being held at the Winding Wheel.

CSALS recently joined Chesterfield Champions to help raise the profile of the organisation and develop new contacts.

Trustees John Hutchinson and Nick Johnson will be joined by community facilitator Debra Johnson at the event, which provides an excellent networking opportunity.

The event is always very well attended and the trio look forward to meeting new and existing contacts.

New A5 postcards have been printed in time to be handed out during the networking part of the morning.

Our grateful thanks go to Tina Jenner for producing an excellent design and to Dean Newman at Print Digital Media for printing the postcards. The continued support from Tina and Dean is very much appreciated.

CSALS aim to work with local businesses to make more people aware of the free online first aid course, which is provided in association with  Virtual College.

Over 8,000 people have now completed the course, which is an impressive figure, but the aim is to ensure that many more people learn basic first aid skills.

The course takes around only an hour to complete and it could help you save a life! Please click here to register for the course, which does not have to be completed in one go. Take the course at your lesiure and then download the certificate once you have completed it.

Please tell others about the course to help us train more life-savers. You never know when you or a loved one will need vital first aid.

Take a look at this video on our YouTube channel to find out why first aid skills are so important.

Featuring some keynote speakers, Celebrate Chesterfield 2022 will provide the local business community with updates on the regeneration plans for Chesterfield.
