March 6, 2026Generous support from Motan Colortronic Ltd over the last few years has helped CSALS (Community Save a Life Scheme) provide vital first aid training to thousands of people all over the world.
Motan Colortronic’s invaluable sponsorship has seen the charity’s free online first aid course completed by over 16,000 people. Practical first aid training has also been provided for schools, community organisations and businesses.
Commenting on the link-up with Chesterfield-based firm, which is part of a global company in the plastics industry, Dr Cheryle Berry MBE, chair of CSALS, said: “Without the kind support provided by Motan Colortronic, we simply could not have operated as successfully as we have done since registering as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation in 2020.
“We are so very grateful to Karl Miller, the managing director of Motan-Colortronic, for playing such a key role in our development as an organisation and helping us achieve our objective of providing as many people as possible with first aid skills.”
Karl added: “As a company, we feel it is important to help the local community where we can.
“We are pleased to have helped establish CSALS and take pride from the knowledge that lives have been saved as a result of people completing the training. We wish the charity every success in the future.”
