Comedy legend Bernie Clifton will host an online comedy keypad quiz in aid of CSALS at the end of this month!

Participants will join Bernie via Zoom on Thursday, April 29, starting at 7pm.
To take part, a smartphone or tablet is used as a virtual keypad to select answers in the multiple-choice quiz.

CSALS community facilitator Debra Johnson is delighted to have secured the veteran entertainer’s services for the event, saying: “We felt that Bernie was the obvious choice to act as the host and he immediately accepted our invitation, which is very much appreciated.
“It promises to be a great event and we would urge as many people as possible to sign-up for the quiz.
“There are some great prizes on offer, including a stay at  Sutton Hall in North Yorkshire, worth £500, which has been kindly donated by David Lilley. We are also grateful to local companies Scavelli and Cheaze, who are providing prizes.”

It costs a minimum donation of just *£5 to take part, with booking made via the following link: https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/whats-on/online/online/bernie-cliftons-comedy-keypad-quiz/2021-04-29/19:00/t-dzpnvp
A Zoom link will be sent to participants in the build-up to the event.
Please encourage family and friends to take part in the quiz, which will feature prizes for finishing first, second and third. There will also be a Wheel of Fortune prize, selected randomly!
Local businesses are also being urged to join in with City Taxis the first to pledge their support.
The event will help to raise awareness of CSALS and the need for more people to learn vital first aid skills.
